At Decker Homes your custom building experience starts at our very first meeting. We have a team ready to work with you through every step of the design process. It all begins with our Decker CAD Designer who will customize every inch of your home to build a plan that makes your house unique to your style, all at NO cost to you! What style of home do you desire? We offer numerous styles including, but not limited to, Ranch, 2-story, Traditional, Contemporary and the increasingly popular Craftsman style. We provide unlimited CAD design services until you’re perfectly confident in what we have created together. You will leave our office with a blueprint of your dream home!

We believe the design is in the details. Our Certified Kitchen Designer works with you to create the kitchen of your dreams. Once you’ve chosen every detail from the cabinets to the functionality, our designer will draw a custom kitchen layout that allows you to truly imagine yourself in the space, before it has even been constructed! Next comes our Award Winning interior design coordinator to assist in the decision making selection process, creating designs that specifically suit each individual home buyer. We guide you through each and every step, and share our extensive design knowledge to help pull all of the details together. Our in-house design studio provides the perfect meeting place for choosing brick/stone style, paint colors, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and so much more! We have a reference library with thousands of pictures and ideas, as well as hundreds of samples, including stone, brick and tile, to help you through the process of creating your dream home.
