Decker Homes has three generations of family members working together to accomplish our mission of building high quality energy efficient homes with optional renewable energy solar electric PV and geothermal systems. Bill Decker Sr. and his wife, Lou, are the founders of Decker Homes, son Dale Decker is Vice President of Construction and grandson John Decker, Jr. wears many hats including plan and website design, sales, and accounting.
