to a blueprint, we are there for you every step of the way.
After a design is completed, our
team will prepare the land for rough excavating and the building
process. Next, a foundation is poured and the rough construction
of your unique home begins. Our experienced team will coordinate
the installation of high-quality windows, roofing and siding, and
plumbing systems. We worked with some of the most experienced contractors
and tradesmen in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan to ensure
that the custom home you purchase through Decker is of the highest
quality.
 To
ensure that your home is Energy Star certified and environmentally
friendly, we use energy efficient heating and cooling equipment,
improved insulation and tight construction. Our team of experienced
professionals lay the brick and the drywall, paint the walls to
your specifications and finish the carpentry work to give your
custom home a unique look. The countertops are then installed as
well as the flooring, whether it is ceramic tile, hardwood or carpeting.
Lastly, window treatments, mirrors and shelving are installed to
create a home that is ready for its residents.
